Return Eligibility
Item is only return and refundable if it is defective and not working properly or if the item is wrong. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zevkos.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once you have received your RMA number, please package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees. Exchanges will be processed for the same item or a different item of equal value, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item and process a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
